The project of the faculty member of UM among twelve Iran-India joint research projects

Iran and India agreed upon doing 12 joint research projects: 8 in the field of Biotechnology and 4 in Water Resource Management. University of Maragheh is also one of the host universities of these projects besides Sanati Sharif, Tarbiat Modarres, Shiraz, Tabriz, Sistan-Baluchestan, Medical Sciences of Iran universities and Pastor Institute, Scientific and Industrial Research Organization, National Genetic and Ibn- e-Sina research centers.
The research project of Dr. Gholamreza Gohari, an academic member of Horticulture and Engineering Department of University of Maragheh, entitled “Development of Biodegradable Nano- formulation to control post-harvest losses in vegetables and fruits” was chosen as one of 12 joint research projects. This project will be carried out between University of Maragheh and Maharana Partap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT) of India.
