Duties and Authorities:

* Planning for Research and Technology affairs and supervising the implementation of such activities in the faculties
* Planning of Research and Technology affairs at the university in the event of a comprehensive and scientific map
* Planning to provide facilities and allocate necessary funds to interaction between domain and university
* Implementation of workshops and courses in the Research and Technology properties
* Management and supervision the implementation of all policies of Research and Technology affairs of the university
* Evaluation of Research and Technology affairs’ performance of students, faculty members and managers of various units and reflection them to the university chancellor evaluation and revision of curriculum in order to efficient update of faculty members
